So Mad. Plumber came yesterday to essentially replace a part. Plumber made matters worse. After replacing the part the plumber could not get the furnace to restart. It was going to cost me additional money to get what was necessary fixed. $700 later the furnace started. I think I have heat. BUT NOW I DON'T HAVE HOT WATER! 11/22/21 Update. It's been a few weeks. I wanted to share that Addario's saw my review and understood my frustration and came back out and fixed the issue the same day. It was a minor fix, actually a slip up on a final check, and an understandable one actually. Heat has been fine since. All systems, including the hot water work fine. I really appreciate the responsiveness. I left my original post, but ask you keep in mind what I shared today. Mistakes occur. Correcting them right away really matters.
